Fucking Apple Bastards!
Well I completely FUCKED UP my day.
So I ordered an Ipod…
An hour and a half goes by and I changed my mind because I figured id order it next month after I pay rent so I dont have to juggle money around.
MIND YOU I said it had only been an HOUR AND A HALF. So I called Apple and told them I wanted to cancel my order. What they told me was completely insane.
The rep I spoke to said that I COULD NOT cancel my order because it was bieng shipped already.
I was obviously upset by this, and I told her that it had only been hour and a half since I placed the order and that it was very unfriendly to customers and that I was very upset. What she said was well our customers would rather have their Ipod sooner rather than later. WHAT THE FUCK has that got to do with cancelling an order IN THE SAME DAY within an hour and a half!? I told her that I wasnt even supposed to have the Ipod till monday or tuesday at the latest.
so she was like well we will email you return labels within 24 hours and when you get the Ipod just put the labels on the box and return it via Fedex.
Obviously this did not satisfy me, so I called back and spoke with a supervisor.
I told him my story and how I was very unhappy with the fact that I COULD NOT cancel my order and how I didnt think that was very customer friendly and how ridiculous I thought it was that in an hour and a half that I couldnt cancel an order. He told me “when a person orders a product from us we basicly assume two things” and at this point I asked him “have you ever heard the old addage about assuming? ” he ofcourse said “can i fininsh please?” like I was yelling at him. In reality I never raised my voice. He said they Assume that 1.) a person wants their product as quickly as possible and 2.) that they would not be cancelling their order.
His lame ass excuse continued with “well unfortunatly our efficiency is working against you, because the Ipod was built and boxed and put on a dock somewhere and we cannot go looking for one Ipod on the docks.” WELL WHY THE FUCK NOT? They have people that work in the shipping docks, what the fuck else is their job but to do what the fuck they are told?
It’s completely bogus that they wont cancel an order within an hour and a half, not to mention POOR customer service.
Apple is a bunch of fucking asshole bastards! Its complely insane that you CANNOT cancel an order ON THE SAME FUCKING DAY WITHIN AN HOUR AND A HALF!
