Some days it just doesn’t pay to get out of bed.
I hate my job! E, have you heard anything about OUC?
If you were to call your cell company & say your daughter is having a problem making & receiving calls in her area, & you know that your daughter is in a different city than you are, when the rep assisting you asks you for her address so they can check to see if there are outages in that particular area, would you blatantly and absolutely refuse? No. you would cooperate and tell them what they want to know so they can continue to help you, and maybe even get your service restored.
I think that people that don’t take the time to actually listen to what you are saying, and instead only yell and scream that its everyone else’s fault, should either be shot or prohibited from calling to complain that their service doesn’t work.
why is it that when you realize you are wrong, and say so, some people still feel the need to prove you are wrong?
People are SO FUCKING RUDE.
Sometimes I want to go and live on a deserted island because there are no stupid people around to bother me, but then I realize that id miss out on the potential of going postal… lol

While I was on the telephone with your company, providing payment information to them verbally, the call was dropped.
Typical.
Oh, and the guy from your story should be shot execution style. Because you are an evil stalker that would use the address for bad things -or- are personally responsible for the technical failure that caused the service interruption.

For the record it was a woman. No offence to ANY women that read my blog, but the women that call in are the worst.
Most of the men that call are pretty laid back. Now don’t get me wrong, I have talked to some men that were major assholes.
However the majority of the bad calls are women who no matter what you say, they dont care and they think you are wrong even when you can back up what you are saying three diffrent ways.
its also a fact that 80% of the calls are from women, so thats a factor too.
