When I moved into the apartment there were two things that were put in here to be installed, one of which was a toilet seat and the other was a garbage disposal. both the seat and the disposal were installed by me. i know you look at me and think, you installed a garbage disposal? Yes i did, and it was super easy. i have also been known to change tires(tho not off the rim), my oil, brakes, batteries for cars and other household stuff. I’m not as meek as you would think.
My friend David would say that I like to do things at odd times, and yeah thats kinda true, but its when inspiration strikes me that I do these things. I dont know if its an Aries trait to be spontaneous, but I can be like that. I have taken mini vatations where I just packed up and left, just because I thought it was a good idea.
I know David doesnt do anything like that? does anyone else? ;-)

What do you mean I am not spontaneous? Talk about taking vacations on a whim. My trip to New York was only basically planned and my visit to Key West before that planned and executed in one hour.
While I have not always been the most spontaneous person around, I have been working on that because I have discovered in the past few years what a reward it can be. Though your original point is very correct. You do things on a whim and there is nothing wrong with that, but sometimes it seems like your company is boring you when you leave the conversation and/or movie to go conduct something less mundane than laundry and barely less time-consuming than building a computer with nothing but toilet paper and duct tape.
I know that is not the case; but I bring it up when I do often because that is how I appreciate the situation.
As an unrelated aside, I have not been ignoring your communications. I will speak with you soon.

When it comes to home stuff, I have my moments of “I gotta do something.” That’s usually when I end up cleaning the fan blades, or rearranging books. I wish I could do as Mr. July does and pop outta town on a whim. I kind of miss that freedom. But, it’s all planned out now that I have creatures and a better half to consider.
So, I would like to be spontaneous…I just don’t have the time!! =)

I do applaud David on his trip to Key West, I do apologize of being such a bad host, but I blame that squarely on my employer at the time, who promised me that I’d be off work at 2pm…. his next trip will be a bit more fun for everyone involved… heck, why don’t you all just come down in a few weeks??? :P

Lordy I wish I could disappear on spontaneous trips… Somedays it just seems like Orlando is thousands of miles away…
