Anxious.
Normally I would say that the weekend comes and goes. However, this weekend is not going to end quickly. As you may have guessed, I am waiting to get into my new apartment. It will be available after Sunday and I can start moving things in. I am going to move the small stuff first, like all the things my parents bought me this Thursday & Friday. I am also going to be going through all my junk at home to determine what I am taking and what I am not.
Friday I went and worked for Spherion for about 5 hours at the Osceola Heritage park, which is where the Houston Astros play during spring training. All I did was stock gift shop items, but I got paid well for it. Plus it was extra money so I couldn’t refuse. I am still looking for a part time job, to make that extra lil bit so I can buy more junk to fill my house and pay for more services to make me happier in my house…

Apparently you need to prefix hyperlinks with the ubiquitous “http:⁄⁄” so that this (below) does not happen as in the original post.

Just FYI! :-)

Did you start moving in? D and I dragged Nick all over creation trying to find a nice place for him to live. We found a perfect place just around the corner from you on Greenwood St (that’s the road I kept trying to find but never found) and it’s also right next to the cemetary. Wish him luck!
Call me for help with moving.

I’m doing a happy dance for you!!! =)
I have class tomorrow, but after 7 I am all yours. How did the arrangements with OUC work out for power and stuff?
March 28th, 2005 at 5:54 pm
well, as I suspected I had to pay a deposit, but it really wasnt that bad. It was only $195.00, I paid 112.50 and they are going to bill me for the rest. which means one of their bills is going to kill me.
Power will be turned on 04-01-05
Britehouse will be out 04-02-05

Ouch….well the good part is you will never have to pay it again if you move within the OUC territory.. . I don’t know if they give it back to you or not…depends on your credit history with them…
The initial move-in is aways a bitch…but at least you get power !!
Brighthouse = fucknuts! Prepare to be frustrated. They never seem to get to the house within the 3947394 hour window they set up… just thought I would warn you!

hehe, but they have a 20 dollar guarentee. If they arent there when they said they would be, you get 20 dollars off your next bill.
I have used it twice, when they said they were going to be at my parents house.

$195 deposit…wow that’s cheap. what’s the monthly rent? if you put it in here i haven’t read it yet and most likely won’t get to it cause my brain is scattered. when i was a landlord i charged $1000 deposit…good luck. love u
