This Friday I am going with my friends Erica & Julie to look for apartments. Oh, Erica did I tell you that? Julie is coming with us.. I hope you don’t mind?

Anyhow back to the story, I know Erica and Julie know downtown real well and all the lil side streets that would have cute lil places on them. I hope that I can find something to suit me.

In the morning I am also going with my parents to the local flea market to look at tables, as I will need one. I also need other furniture, but that will probably have to wait. The first thing I need to do is buy a bed. Yes I have a bed now but it is not coming with me to the apartment. It’s a twin size and I just don’t want that anymore.

A long time ago I purchased a queen size water bed. I have since thrown away the mattress from that and most of the frame that went with it but I kept part of it too. The waterbed was beautiful it was a four post bed. It’s nothing over the top, very casual but still nice. I kept the head and foot boards and the posts that attach to them. I figure that I can buy a queen size mattress bed and a headboard frame but not the headboard, and I can attach the frame to the old headboard with no problems.

I also have a chair that I love to sit in, a desk for my computer and a desk chair, I have an entertainment center, TV and various video game systems. I wont have a couch or any other kind of comfortable chair for me or guests to sit upon. So its going to be a bit sparse for a while, but it will be mine.

I look forward to my day Friday but it’s going to be a very busy day.
