I love my job, have I said this before? Well lately I have been stressed out because of the new system I’m using, because it’s so complicated. Another reason was because I didn’t have a manager, well now my manager is back and she is really cool and very helpful.

Incase you didn’t know I am a temporary employee, I found the job through Appleone they are a pretty decent company the people are nice, though sometimes they can be hard to get a hold of. They offer direct deposit which is something I love, although it takes forever for it to be set up. I guess what I’m saying is that they have their ups and their downs, just like any other company.

Back to the story at hand, today I poked my head in my manager’s office and asked her a question. What followed was surprising, not only did I get my question answered; but I got more than I bargained for. What I asked her was, when I was going to have my side by side with her because I was desperately looking for feedback. She told me that I would be getting it soon, but that I had some qa’s waiting, that she had just printed them out. She told me to come sit down after logging back in, so I did as I was told and was pleasantly surprised by the results. I had five qa’s and I had passed all but one which is really good. I found out that my stats are fantastic or at least passing, so I’m doing very well in my job. I also found out that the training for the company that bought us out for me was next Tuesday.

But the best news that I got was that they had me scheduled for transition on the twenty second. What’s transition? I’m glad you asked, as stated above I am a temp employee. Transition is when they buy out my temp status from Appleone, and they hire me on as a permanent employee. Can I just say, WOO HOO!! I am very pleased by this news because my company doesn’t hire permanent temporary employees and they are choosing to hire me. If they hadn’t I would have been let go. So I am pleased that they are hiring me.
