Halloween and other news.
Halloween fast approaches and I can’t wait. I have a party to go to tomorrow and it’s a costume party so it will be a lot of fun. I have to remember to try and bring a camera and take some pictures. Then on the thirty first The Parliament House is having a party and two of my friends are going to enter the contest or one of them is I believe. So I said that I would go with them. Plus it gives me an opportunity to wear my costume again. My costume is rather simple it’s just a toga that I went to the store and bought yards of material that my mom sewed together for me. So I’m not entering the contest but I hope one of my friends win. I haven’t been to parliament for ages let alone for a big time fun event.
In other news works is kinda ok my manager is back and she is nice and she is at least helpful, she doesn’t know the system but she can answer a few questions and I’m looking forward to working with her. My friend Matt quit his job working with us there which is a bummer because I’m afraid that the other guy I hang with at work is going to quit now too. Leaving me all alone and surrounded by straight people.
The merger of the two companies that I now work for is causing so many rumors to go flying; one says that employees will be getting a pay cut, another says that the employee phones will now cost money, and yet another is that the hours of operation will be cut in half or depending on who you talk to that the center will go to being twenty four hours. It’s all very stressful and I don’t know what to believe or what I’m going to do if they decide to get rid of a bunch of people. Well I suppose I’m just going to have to wait and see…
